I just open the door hold the forward button, put my hand in the seat crease lift and pull forward towards the door. I usually get the whole truck shaking before it snaps out of position.
If you tap the motor with a screwdriver and hammer it should free it up. If you put the seat all the way back it will get stuck again over time. If you want to be able to move your seat after freeing it put it all the way back back and then just kick it forward a tiny bit it will stay free. I think the front seats in the R50's are extremely cramped which is probably my biggest complaint.
BTW this has been documented numerous times. Nala, there's this big gray button at the top that's blinking Search in red, it's got a magnifying glass and says "This Site For Answers. That's the link to the search page. I know a ballers usually got people to do the searching for you, yours must be on break.
