It's not a terribly hard job to do at all. 4 15mm or 13mm nuts hold the bumper on.
If I am correct you have the same bumper as on my 95 so here's how I did it.
-Remove outer screws on the turn signal lights.
- To the center of the turn signal bezel there are 2 10mm bolts. Remove those and then you can extract the bezels from the bumper.
-Next use a pocket sized flathead screw driver to push the locks to remove the turn signal harnesses. Remove complete assemblies from the bumper.
-Release the clips that hold the grill onto the core support. Remove grille and set it aside.
-Using a 3/8ths ratchet and a deep socket you can then remove the 8 nuts that hold the bumper to the brackets. When I replaced mine on my 96 every stud on the old bumper broke which made removal easy. You new bumper will have new studs. I suggest you get new nuts and washers, don't reuse the old stuff.
-You might need a second person to help get the new bumper onto the brackets. I used a medium sledge to shape one bracket that was slightly out after my accident.
-Installation is the reverse of removal.
Check out my accident repair thread from last month to get an idea of how things look, I just replaced the bumpers on both my 95 and 96.
Some other things to watch out for. Be sure to transfer the plastic screw anchors from the old bumper to the new. I used stainless hardware but that's because I am anal, you are not required to go that far if you chose.
Here's a link to my thread. I took a few pics but not of every step.

Hope that helps.
