Help with Engine Light Codes for Frontier V6 3.3L

I have a 2003 Frontier with 172K miles, mostly highway. Plugs replaced last year, driver side Cataylic converter replaced this year, was making a rattling noise on acceleration. Been trying to diagonse the following codes: P0057, P0328, P0158, engine seems to run fine, erased the codes, and they were back set again within about 10 miles. Any one have any idea's. Searched internet and found response that it could be a fuse to the O2 sensors, checked all the fuses, and everything is good, none blown.

P0057 is heated oxygen sensor bank 2- heater control circuit low: The current amperage in the heated oxygen sensor
2 heater circuit is out of the normal range.
(An excessively low voltage signal is sent to ECM
through the heated oxygen sensor 2 heater.)
Possible Cause (per the FSM): Harness or Connectors (the heated oxygen sensor 2 heater circuit is open or shorted)
Heater oxygen sensor 2 heater (I'm assuming this means the O2 sensor itself is bad).

P0328 is the knock sensor (ouch... that sucks). Located on page EC 861. IIRC, there were sometimes coolant leak issues leaking onto this sensor that caused it to fail. I could be wrong though.

P0158 is for the other O2 sensor (post catalytic converter). Located on page EC-1412. Good luck!
