Now im no expert....but im positive that there is no such thing as a 240sx SEDAN! 240sx is a 2 door sports car. There is no 4 door. You can have a coupe or a hatch back. As for the engine. Get a KA24DE and a 5 speed conversion. Use the search to get notes on the conversion. The KA24DE is a great engine and is still in use today, so parts are the cheapest. This will be a small upgrade from the KA24E you once had.

usually when you buy a motor it will come with a transmission and ECU for a complete install. I believe they go for anywhere between $400-$1000 depending on how many clicks on the motor. When you buy a motor think about how much your going to be putting into it right after its bought though. If it has high KM's you will want to rebuild it. so say 600 + a rebuild (1000) that about 1600-1800 for a good running motor that you don't have to worry about. I'm not sure of stores but im sure the adds on the right probably sell them, or go cheap and grab one from the junkyard for like 100 and rebuild it.
