Help with engien harness swap

I am currently doing a manual adn KA24DE swap into my 1990 240sx coupe. I have removed the old auto trans and ka24e engine but have run into some trouble when removing the old engine harness. I am not sure how much i need to remove. Do I need to remove the engine fuse boses and the complete engine bay harness( all wires in engine bay). The ka24de engien came with the ECU harness hooked up to it. Is this the only harness I need to swap over. Plz help, I'm very confused. I have also posted some pictures of my build. The garage is messy, I am using a buddy's and it is not heated. Today it was -20 degrees celsius inside. Thanks for any help.
