HELP WITH ELECTRICAL PLEASE

I have a 08 altima coupe and only the headlights work,my tail lights and parking lights are not working.I checked the fuses and they're good but when I check if power is going to these fuses. I did'nt get any power signal from the 10v fuses for the tail lights. So I purchased a headlight switch and they're still not working (tail lights and parking). Can guys help me figure this out what's wrong and what else I shuold check for?

Well I guess you could follow the complete path from battery to that huge fuse block to the right of the engine, then to the switch, and back to the fuse block?? idk haha then to the lights, are the lights all bad, that's possible too! or that the lights were disconnected by the previous owner to replace oem tails and never reconnected?

I checked the wire going to my brake lights and there is no power.Afterwards I went to my fuse box and checked all my fuses from the metal from the top with my volt meter. They are all giving electricity except for the section of 10 volts that control my tail lights are not working. Do any knows what that means?

I would say take this one to a professional. It's illegal to drive without lights so this one is important.
