Help with electric fans

hey guys, was wondering if there are any writeups on wiring 2 flex-a-lite fans. I have 2 S-blade electric fans (not the single dualie unit- actually 2 separate fans and an adjustable temp switch)

I also don't know what temp to set my switch at? any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance!

on @ at 185 and off @ 175
