help with door locks???????

I have a 2003 g35 and my driverside door lock dont work......and I found this site and I'm thinking about order it from there but just wanna know if anyone has ordered anything from there before? http://www.trademotion.com/par...id=55

and if thats the part I need? or is there anywhere I can get it cheaper? and my passengerside door lock stops working after I lock and unlock it about 5 times..should I replace it too?

without a tech diagnosis...it's hard to say what you need. The part number you posted doesn't come up on that website.

I would take it to the dealer, get the part number/description...then buy/install myself.

Its a common issue in first generation type one G35 sedans and coupes. Mostly coupes. The door lock actuator burns itself out some. And it barely works, sometimes it stops working. I've replaced like a hundred of them. More like 12 though. What I can tell you is that 60 of them have been replaced at my dealership in the last 3 years. And the drivers side is part number 80501-AM80A the passenger side is 80500-AM80A. They range from $200 to $300. Very likely the problem. They are not hard to replace, but it is better to let an experienced tech do it, since it is tricky to install, and you'll need a few uncommon tools.
