Do a leak down test.It's better.
Now with the Spark test.Did you visually check or did you just check for the reaction of the motor?Because if your ignitor is bad then like the other guy who just posted up, it would kill one or more signals to your coils.
Visually check the Spark and then pull the rail and disconnect the injectors and then connect them to the battery and see if they fire.Or you could also check to see if each one is ticking.
