I am working through a number of persistent and expensive electrical issues involving my 1998 Maxima.

All I need right now is a plain mA reading across one fusible link. It's probably best if you can take the reading when the car is asleep, so disable the hood latch.

Just pop the top on the fuse and link box near the battery.

The 30 amp fusible link occupies the space labeled "Power Window."

Squeeze and pull the link out.

Use a multimeter and tell me how many mA (if any) are going across that one link position.

That's it.

If your reading is zero I know I need to continue searching.

Thanks.
