any idea where i can get a new relay harness so i can elimante that as a problem?
they melt relays because the amp is wrong for the relay or the voltage is too high for the wires. I used a DIF controller on mine until I ditched it and made myself a switch in the cabin that I turn on or off. The only thing is you have to make sure your fuse is enough to carry the load of the fans. I.e. if you fans draw 30 amps make sure you have a 30 amp fuse in relay or they will melt wires and blow fuses. Like mine are 10 amp fans each and they draw 10 so I have two fans so the total amp draw is 20 amps. I have a 30 amp fuse on the power and even have one on the negative just in case I get some crazy spike or something. It is better to have a larger fuse than you actually need that way they tend to last longer.... good luck
