help with coilovers!!!

i recently bought some megan track coilovers and i was wondering if it was possible to lower the car without removeing the coilovers completly. is it possible?

im not entirely sure cuz i have stance coilovers....but they look similar in the pics so i think u can. the correct way of doing is to jack up the car, loosen the collar that locks the bottom mounting bracket, then remove the bolts that lock the bracket and turn the bracket itself up or down on the threads. some people break loose the collars and turn the threaded part itself to adjust height. so.....no u dont have to take the whole coilover assembly out...

^Your on target. unbolting the bracket is too much of a hassle though.

Like you touched on, the easiest way is to just jack up the end of the car your working on to relieve the spring tension, then loosen the top and bottom collars on the shock body, and just thread it up or down to get the height you want.
