First i know there is a mega cam thread but the answer i'm looking for isn't really in that thread. I'm not sure of what cams to get, i'm looking for a good mid range and some top end car. The car will not be driven everyday but i'd like to be able to if i choose to drive it everyday, my bottom end is built but here is the list of parts in the head...the is an s13 sr20det...

Ported & polished head
BC valve springs & retainers
Super tech 1mm oversize valves (inconel & nitride)
Turbo ( Turbonetics AGP delta 48 AR is .63)
38mm wg
isis intake manifold
Peak boost turbo kit

I know alot of neons use this turbo i got this turbo really cheap, cheaper then buying a T25 turbo in mint condition. I may upgrade to something a little bit bigger turbo later on maybe something like a GT35R or a super 60-1 but my goal is to make 450whp. I'm just really stuck on what cams to get either the BC 262 stage 2 or the BC 272 stage 3. The ecu i will be using is a greddy ultimate emanage (also got very cheap in new condition) to tune with. Thanks for reading and all help will be great.

Read the mega thread a little closer. You really need to match your cams to your turbo. Such a deastic turbo change like you have decribed would require diffrent cams. So i'd say either hold off on the cam upgrade until you decide on a turbo, of buy two sets.

the turbo i have i'm selling but if it doesnt sell before i get the head finish i'm going to run it on the 272 stage 3 cams until i buy something close to the gt35r turbo or that turbo..

Your desires strike me as more of what should have a staggered setup. Maybe some 264/272s...

With a stock motor, power tends to fall off after 7k, and I wouldn't go over 8k without switching to solid lifters...
