1993 Nissan 240sx KA24DE 5-speed

Yesterday, when I was pulling into a parking lot, my clutch gave out. Not out as in the clutch disk is bad, but as in the pedal doesn't cause the desired effect. If the clutch was bad, it wouldn't matter what gear I was in, the car wouldn't move, but this is the opposite. When the car is off and nothing is spinning, I can put the car in any gear, but the pedal does not disengage the clutch from the flywheel so when the car is on the car will stall in any gear, even with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor, though it is a little better with the pedal in. Clutch slave cylinder bad? There are no leaks in the lines and the system is bled properly, fluid is filled. Pivot fork moves a little by hand but only in the direction the slave cylinder would push it, not in and out of the trans case or side to side in its hole. I will gladly answer any questions you might have if you would please help me get this fixed. Clutch is a SPEC with <6000 miles on it, flywheel is a Fidenza same mileage. The only 2 things I can come up with is the slave cylinder or the release fork pivot (broke due to the strength of the clutch????)..... Please help me, I'm without car for now.

Master cylinder and/or slave failure.

Well, i have come to the conclusion that its not any of the hydraulic components, the slave pushes the fork back all the way so it has to be something internal. I think it must be the pivot point broke, my fork bent or somethings up with the retainer spring. I don't see how it could be anything with the disc or plate since they're SPEC stage 5+ and I'm not even boosted yet and the clutch kit has less than 6000 miles on it. Help?
