i'm planning to get some 17's or 18's for my 96 240. but i need the lower offset type of rims. do you guys have any ideas?

i might lower it with H&R Springs while i'm at it

price really isn't an issue, but nothing horribly expensive, please ;)

You're going to have to do some searching for good deals and sizes. Whether it's in person at the local stores, or online. As far as a place to start, discounttiredirect.com has packages of tires already mounted and balanced on wheels with free shipping, plus they have a pretty good site that gives you sizing recommendations that include tire size to match you wheel size, and tells you the offset options in the description of the package you are looking at.

No one can do the leg work for you since not everyone will pick a look and price you want.
