Help with car stalling

Hello. My car is a 1996 Maxima SE. Lately it has started to stall. When I am starting from a stop sign and I let the clutch out the car has no power and almost dies, then it gets power. Also, when I crank it up, the engine turns over then dies; to fix that I have to give it gas so it doesn't die. I was thinking it could be the mass air flow sensor but am not entirely sure. I need to get it fixed since the car is my daily driver.

Previous Maintenance:Changed oil <500 miles ago; fuel injector clean last Sunday; fuel filter in March; spark plugs a year, <15,000 miles, ago.

ok its either the iacv or the maf you can clean either one but make sure you do it right so that you dont ruin the maf there should be a topic about that somewhere around here ill try and find it
