I have a Pioneer Premier head unit for sale. It is model number DEH-P930 I payed over $800 at a local shop less than a year ago. It has 50x4, OEL display, CD text, XM ready, go to pioneer's web site for all specs. I can email pics of it in my car. Gaurantee not DOA!!! It has many screen saver's and more feature's than I know what to do with. I will take $450 and that includes shipping to lower 48 with tracking number. I am including the nissan wire harness. The harness fits my 95 240SX SE so check and make sure it fits yours. or I can cut it off if you don't want it. I also have the cell mute for an extra $30. It will auto. mute the CD player as soon as your phone rings. If you buy both $475 with free shipping and tracking number.Any questions or pics email me at [email protected] and I will get them to you same day.

Do you want a competive system (SPL and crazy amounts of music?) or do you want a nice sounding SQ system? You can put a very nice system in your car for under $1 just to let you know

The Whole Audiobahn line of Subs and Amps are a good choice. You can get a 1200Watt D class for $400 at http://www.thezeb.com but for $150 cheaper you could get the JBL 1200.1 for $260 @ http://www.etronics.com. This amp will put out 1300Watts at 2ohms. But if you want some power and chrome looks go for the 1200Watt Audiobahn (true wattage is around 1300 also)

Also audiobahn makes a 18" sub ($300) that will put out massive low notes! But dual 15" will also do for some crazy bass :) Which car and year do you have? Catch me on AIM: Woodya2004

Head Unit: Alpine or Pioneer prices:180-325Amp "sub": Alpine or JL Audio prices:175-500Subwoofer: Alpine, Bouston Acoustic, JL Audio price:150-400Components: Alpine, Infinity, JL Audio:price:"for all 4"350-700

I would recomend only 1 12 inch sub "ie 12w3d4 JL Audio"

Remember when buying a GOOD QUALITY AMP you can expect to pay $1-1.50 a watt, yes, they are that expensive.

Head unit you want to have the rms watts to be at least 19.5. Pioneer has great adjustability but Alpine is just overall a great product PERIOD.

Hope this helps......Rubin : )

Maybe in the early 90's, but not anymore.

If you plan on using a HU to power components, you're making a big mistake.

Not even 90% of car audio makers use that $1 a watt thing anymore. Not even the BEST amps you can find use that either. You can get an Audiobahn 1200Watt amp for $300 on sale at thezeb.com now! Its crazy!

That Alpine is kinda high priced (Crutchfield). If you want a D class amp that has the same quality as Alpine check out US Acoustics. I installed the 600D (375Watts) in my friends 240 and it drew no power from the alt. Best prices and 7dollar shipping http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/us_acoustics.html
