Hi guys. I just finished replacing the Master Cylinder and the Slave Cylinder on my S13. I'm trying to bleed the damn thing, but no matter how many times I go up and down, the freaking clutch pedal feels too soft and does not return completely. Now, I know that the 240's have a bleeding valve on the clutch damper, but either the previous owner removed it, or I am blind like a bat cause I can't see the damn thing. Please help me... I work tonight at 11 and I need this thing on the road.

The bleeder is on the slave cylinder, not the damper. This is also a 2 person job...You need a vacuum line that fits snugly over the bleeder valve and a 10mm wrench.Put the box end of the wrench over the valve, then slide on the vaccuum line. Submerse the other end of the line into your bottle of brake fluid. One of you hop in the driver's seat and pump the clutch 3 times and hold it down on the third pump. The other person barely opens the bleeder valve and then closes it. Let up off the clutch and repeat.

Now of course there's a couple ways to do this and I think the "proper" way involves opening the valve after the 3rd pump and closing it during the pedal's way up but I think the other way should work fine...

IF there is a damper, there is a bleeder valve on both the damper and the slave cylinder, you need to bleed them both. However it is strongly possible that the previous owner removed it, not only does it lead to a stiffer pedal as wickiewicked_240sx said the damper also makes bleeding particularly difficutl.

In case you don't have it: http://www.zeroyon.com/index/content/view/24/47

I almost forgot, it's a one person job if you buy speedbleeders from SPL. (or any of the hundreds of other locations that have them)

Just bypass the damper.

This is the best way to bleed the clutch.Sould only take around 5-10mins to do if there is no leaks.
