help with alternator?

hey guys. having trouble with my alternator. i was wondering which models of alternators are interchangable among nissans? i have a z31 and an s14 and the s14 alterantor deffinitley works, was wondering if i could swap them. aside from that, could anyone please look at this and tell me if its hooked up right? ive never changed an alternator before and i dont have an fsm so i dont want to go switching wires around all over the place and fry somthing.
