Help with alignment issue on 00 Maxima.

I was wondering if the axles on my 00 Max. would have any affect on the alignment? I am fixin to have the axles replaced and was wondering if I should wait until after 2 have the alignment checked. I had the front end checked b4 I put new shoes on her and it still pulls some to the right. What should I do, I am asking the Nico gods for advice .
