HELP with AEM EMS on a GTI-R swap

hello, this is a stock GTI-R engine.the car started before with the AEM EMS now the engine is not getting spark or fuel when cranking, when i plug the stock ECU the car runs fine, for some reason the AEM EMS isnt reading any RPM (engine speed) from the crank/cam sensor when cranking and thats why it is not trowing fuel and spark into the engine, any clues ??

LOL, did you replace the CAS wheel?
