help with adjusting ignition timing

hello,checked the search and faq...i was just looking for some more in depth instructions. from what i can gather, you basically hook up the timing light and adjust the distributor with that bolt above the distributor. not sure if this is right, so any help would be appreciated. oh yeah, i have a 95. thanks travis

ps i also have an FSM, but oddly enough, havent been able to find directions in there. :help
