Help with AAC valve Blue/white wire. (af37,af16,af26,af98) S1 rb25det s13

I've done my swap but I've always had an idle issue. During my swap I ran into a few pages saying that the Blue/white wire on the ACC (AF37) was for power.Does it need Ignition power or constant power.Is there a special source or will the 12v Black/Red ignition hot wire work? This wire also leads to:02 sensor (AF98)Boost control valve, not used (AF16)Variable control timing (AF26)

This is the blue/white wire from the white boot connector beside the ECU.Thanks for any help.
