help with a s14 gas problem

so the problem is it has a gas leak. i bought the car like this the gas leak is coming from under neith by the passager rear wheel.theres a breather tube or i think it is

heres a pic what would cause gas to come out of this the red is where its pouring out of and the green just snapes in to wheel well

Oh snap homie! I'm having the EXACT same problem! I check my fuel lines. Turns out they were fine and that my fuel tank was leaking. Dropping the fuel tank in an s14 is a bish and a half. You've got to take off your wheels, e-brake cables, disconnect your driveshaft and drop the subframe to access the fuel tank.

I didn't have time for that shizz so I dropped it off at a shp this saturday...

The big box is your charcoal can, and the big tube is the vent for the gas tank. The tube connects to the vent control valve..It lets the tank vent every couple seconds...I beliveThis is what was throwing a code for me, and kept me from passing inspection and emmis.Im assuming you have a clogged hose somewhere, or a bad valve.
