help with a new switch i found

hey i have a question for my fellow infiniti lovers... the other day i put a intake in my g37s and when doing so i noticed a little orange swith on the metal thing that is on the intake manafold.. its rite where the intake goes into the engine compartment. it looks like the orange switch can go up or down and i think its in the up postion rite now (and thats where it was when i first seen it i did not touch it) does anyone have any idea what its for or what it does/

I would guess Throttle Position Sensor.

I assume you replaced the OEM filter with another OEM filter? Unless you want your engine to die sooner than 300K miles or less.
