Help With A 93 240SX

This import stuff is killin me. I cant get the hesitation out of my 240. Once I get to 50MPH its ready to roll, but up to that point it wants to cut n and out on throttle. Also i was wondering what emission stuff could b removed cause i cant make heads or tails of another guys write up. Please help me I had to motor rebuilt and had to punch it 40 over. It has new NGK plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, injectors, fuel pump, and fuel filter. I dont know what else to do.
