Help with 94 Q Fuel sending Unit

I have a 94 q45 and for a couple of months now, the fuel gauge in the instrument cluster just reads empty all the time. Everything else like the tachometer and speedometer work perfectly fine. I was thinking I need to replace the fuel sending unit in the car, but I dont know if it also might just be an electrical problem. I also don't know how to access the tank or know a good sending unit replacement. Are there any any guides around for this? Thanks in advance!
