Help with 2008 Rogue Windshield washer tank leaking

Hi guys,
I guess 2008 Rogues do not have any windshield washer low warning...
My windshield washer tank seems to be empty every few days.. darn thing is really hard to inspect!! But I managed to see from the underside of my bumper through a small hole, that its leaking from the very bottom rubber washer where the line goes in/out.

My question to the pros here are..

1. Would this be a difficult repair?
2. Could I just replace the line in rubber washer?
3. Would it be worth just taking it to a shop to fix?
4. What would be a ballpark price you think for this repair?

It's a DIY job. Contact your local salvage yard and save some $$$.

there is no rubber washer where the line goes into.

yank off the hose, cut the hose half an inch back, and reapply the hose. done.

thanks guys.. but the problem is getting to it!
Do i have to take the entire front bumper off?

I am a good DIYer, but only to a certain extent.. small jobs, nothing too major
