Help with 1st and 2nd gear hop/flattire vibration

When i get on it in first and second gear it feels like i have a flat tire, its deafinatly coming from the rear possibly middle of the car its hard to say. And when i right turn you can hear a squeak/whine but it doesnt happen when turning left. The squeak may be coming from upfront which may not be part of my problem and just a worn wheel bearing ect but again i can't make 100% sure the noise is upfront. All this started after doing 100 off and on ramp and launching hard say 4-5k ON ACCIEDENT i wouldnt ever do that on purpose. lol

Oh yes and the car is a z32 1990 twin turbo with 94 engine. thanks ill have some pics up just for fun soon.

have you taken a look at hte suspension to see if anything is worn? wheel bearing sounds plausible IMO...
