Help wiring in igniter chip

Do these boost solenoids or whatever they are have to be hooked up? I know the vacuum off of them is just supposed to be capped off so i figure that would render them useless? So do they still have to be connected like in the picture or can i just remove them off the bracket and throw them out.

Two options here:

Unbolt the solenoids off the ignitor plate and leave those 2 ends you have circled unplugged.

or

Leave them plugged in an bolted onto the plate, but cap off the 4 vacuum spots.

I threw them both out and just mounted the ignitor chip straight to the chassis. You dont need them or the plugs for it to run right, and it only adds clutter.
