help - window wont go up

95 240sx (non-se)driver side window

my window went down but wont go back upi took off the door panel opened the power window amp looks fine

did a electrical test on the wiring for the window motor(the car is on in these pictures)

im asuming the window amp works cause the motor is getting power up and down

this is with the window switch in up position(green wire-up)

this is with window switch in down position(blue wire-down)

my multimeter battery might be low so the #s you see in the pictures might be a little lower then what its supposed to be

i have some questions#1 the window motor does it get the ground from where its mounted or a wire?#2 how do i pull out the window motor, i thought it was 2 door panels i was way off looks like i have to pull it out from the top of the doordo i have to pull out the window regulator with the motor?
