Like most Z's im getting sick of looking at my chrome window moldings. I want to take them off and sand them, then paint them black over again. However i cant seem to take the T-Tops and the Window Trim molding off...does anyone know how to do this? and i really dont want to buy new ones for $205+. If i take them off will the clips break?

Has anyone tried just sanding them down and leaving them silver without painting them. How does that look?
