help.. where to find army dog tag?

ok this is going to be a surprise present for my gf, I'm going to get a army dog tag w/ my name and everything on it... but I'm having trouble finding any local places that custom make these... you guys know what kind of stores can make them? The only lead right now is army supply stores, and I can't find any in Atlanta.. (yet)...thanks!

most surplus stores will stamp them up too, it'd be easier if you can just head down to one, save on shipping too, and they have all kinds of neat stuff in them:D
