oil.......everyone has their own opinion... I use Royal Purple 20w-50

and go to http://www.sparkplugs.com for the plugs i run the NGK Iridiums not sure on the number but that website will show you.

Yeah because it is STICKIED at the top of this forum how f'n hard is it to just read???? We figured if we dont reply then he'll have to eventually use the search button or go click "READ HERE BEFORE POSTING, RB Swap & Parts Info" and figure it out on his own anyways /offrant
