HELP!! weird rb20det

ok, so iv got this s13 coupe, it started out its life as a soch auto, but now is a rhd duel cam 5 speed. (has been runing / driving as a rhd ka24de) doing an rb swap to it now since the motor blew, and iv got the motor in and most of it wired up, but there is no black/pink wire off the ecu (mines tuned ECU) from every thing iv read that wire is for the fuel pump. so i tryed powering it by itself and no luck. the starter clicks but doesnt turn over.. sounds like a bad starter.. there is a good ground to the starter and its geting power so yea.. any ideas of what to do with the black/pink wire? anyone know what the ecu pin# is?

the black and pink wire is on the white dash interface plug on the rb engine harness. or at least thats the way it is on the rb25
