Welcome to NICO and nice car!

You did a great job adding a video, that helps a lot. However, can you give us a little more information about when you hear the noise?
Is it at all times while driving?
Is it only when you're working the clutch?
Is it only when turning the wheels?
Is it worse as the day goes on?
Does it only happen when the engine is cold?

It almost sounds like something is rubbing somewhere, but more information will help us out more.

With what little I know about it, I'd start by the process of elimination.
Pop the hood, leave the car in neutral and use the throttle body to rev the engine a little to see/hear if anything is rubbing on your accessory belts.
See if your wheels are rubbing the fender anywhere.
Check your power steering fluid.

It happens only when i have it in first or reverse the first part of the morning. Ot doesnt do it the rest of the day even when im done with an 8 hour shift at work. Nothing. Only after sitting over night on a level driveway. Ive pushed the clutch when im just sitting and put it in gear, when i rev and turn the wheel while sitting nothing. I put royal purple power steering fluid and someone said it could be because i dont have dexron 2 fluid in there so im gonna try and do the swap there and see what happends. But again its only in the first 10 seconds of moving the car in drive or reverse and doesnt do it after.

The video helped a lot, wish more people would do that. From what I heard, it sounds like a throw out bearing or a pilot bearing ? My Miata made the same noise when the problem started, it was cold and then went away, then it got worse week by week, and it turned out to be the pilot bearing. If the noise starts to get worse or better when you push in the the clutch, I would guess it's a transmission issue ? Sucks either way.

Good looking s13.
