help weird clutch problem

clutch pedal feels perfect, when i get on it in 1st gear pulls great all the way to 7k then when i shift to 2nd clutch pedal gets stuck halfway and then slowly brings itself up while the clutch is slipping, so iam guessing throwout bearing, i replaced all the hardlines, clutch dampner box is removed, replaced the slave about 4 months ago, i mean clutch was put in 2000 miles ago with a act hd stg 4 disc andd a fidanza lightweight fly and a spec stg 2 plus disc i dont see why this would be happening
