Well first off, your not gonna even get an S15 sr20 above 280 hp without a turbo upgrade.

So if you want it to be reliable, i would start with some valve work. Get some springs and some rocker arm stoppers and that will easily hold past 400rwhp as long as whoever tunes your vehicle isn't an idiot.

Sounds like you want 350hp with reliability through daily driving right? Well I'd run with ae turbo manifold, a bigger turbo (a gt2871 .86 ar will handle up to 400hp without pushing the boost too hard, you could even run with 550cc injectors and the walbro pump), intake manifold (to maintain your higher rpm power band), throw a koyo radiator and along with what i said before your motor should easily be able to make those numbers and still be reliable. Colder spark plugs with that much airflow is important too. AND A GOOD FMIC!

Now tuning. This is where is gets funky, i personally like to run with smaller injectors and use an SAFC if money is tight. I would tell whoever tunes it to tune it to run about 15psi but be able to used FOR DAILY STREET DRIVING. To many people try to squeeze every HP they can get out of a setup and put your motor at risk.

Its a vague question, i hope it helped. 350hp is easy, and the bottom end on these motors are built so well you shouldn't have to do anything. Don't listen to anyone who hasn't worked on these motors before, they think they are some eclipse POS and will blow the second you pump 20psi into them =P

good luck to you
