Help w/ some engine work??

I was curious my car is approaching 18K and I was curious should I do tune up already just to keep it freshly tuned??

Also do you know of any good fuel/cleaners for our altimas??

There is really not much to tune up. Just usual oil/filter, air filter etc.I've been putting Marvels Mystery Oil in the gas of my cars at about half the recommended rate and it seems to be making my car run really well. My MPG's are up over the last 2 tanks.
