Help w/ removing fenders

I got a '90 240 trying to remove the fenders. I'm having trouble removing the bolts and screws on the bottom (near the door). I managed to get one 10mm off, but I still have what feels like a 12mm and a phillip's screw that are held in place with some sort of molding. Any suggestions?

large breaker bar, don't hit your forehead. Yes it leaves a mark.
