Help w/ five speed swap

Alright I got my new ka-t in, and my 96 transmission, and I need help with the top, I read the five speed swap, and some of it doesn't make sense to me.

can someone explain that to me??

Oh and for the driveshaft, I used the auto from the vert, and yoke from the 96. Yeah it works

im not sure which thread you read, but if you follow this one you shouldn't have any issues (it even has pictures). It's been a while since I did mine, but this looks like it.

I got it now, thanks though. Lol i feel so stupid cause I was in cockpit on the passenger side tryin to find it, but I got it now!!
