Help w/ 2012 Altima Coupe Auto Tran...

Bought an new 2012 altima coupe w/ automatic transmission. It had 382 miles on it. Problem is when the car hit 30mph I hear a thunk noise and feel a vibration in the gas pedal? It doesn't happen all the time bout about 60% of the time. Its not really loud but usually always feel it in the pedal when it happens. I'm at 1000 mi now and haven't drove it crazy or anything. also, i really studied the sound today and it almost sound like a really quick brushing noise and feels like a metal brissled brush is running accross something metal; with that being said the noise lasts less than a second. Not real worried about it cuz of the warranty but really curious. thanks

could be the steel belt slipping inside the CVT transmission. i would bring it in, and have it checked out.
