Hi,I received a vlsd when I bought my 240. But it was taken apart. I don't know if I'm missing any parts, so I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the internals of a vlsd. Or a assembly picture for the inside. I don't know what year, or car it came off of but it looks exactly like this one:

I tried using the search option, but nothing talked about the internal assembly. Any help would be much appreciated.

That is a JDM S13 diff. The 5 bolt axles were common in Japan for many years, and there is no bushing in the front mount, S14s, J30s, and Z32s all share the same larger mounting hole with a bushing. While I can't help with a full diagram, the FSM has a nice blowup of parts and items found inside the diff case. Try there.

Are you sure about that? It looks like a Z32 Diff to me since it has 2 ABS sensors rather than 1. And it appears there are bushings in the front.

Count the input vs output turns: 3.538, 3.69, 3.90, 4.083 input for 1.000 output......do 2-3 output turns to improve resolution.
