Hard to tell, but kind of sounds like it could be rod knock.. It also sounds like you might have a cylinder or two not making compression.. Id check the oil for glitter, try this rod knock test https://youtu.be/pYleKxjl0uY and if that all checks out, do a compression test.. If its not any of that, then youre lucky because that sounds awful.

Sounds pretty bad.. sounds like bottom end to me.

Sounds like a bad throwout bearing, or some kind of clutch problem.
