Help verify this harness question! Plz

Alrite I was trying to splice my lower KA harness from my SR and I wanted to verify that these plugs are suppose to be spliced before I cut the. I'm not sure which ones are these but the reason I'm asking is becuase when I put them next to each other it seemed like one was a bigger wire than the other.

Thats for the reverse lights. Dont worry about the gauge difference.
