Help us answer a couple questions toward leasing a Rogue

Hi all.

My wife and I would like to lease a Rogue. We're interested in FWD Premium Pkg., leather seats, and maybe a moonroof. We only put about 7k miles on the car a year. We're looking for some help to get the best deal possible. Answers to all/any of the following would be a great help:

1) What is a good residual value for a 2009 now? 2) What is a good lease rate for a 2009 now?3) Are the prices of packages like "FWD Premium Leather" negotiable?4) Does anyone know the policy Nissan dealers use for leasing companies? Do they go with many or a few or just one?
