OK i have a 1990 300zx tt 5spd with 107k on it i just changed spark plugs back with oe plugs no vacum leaks any suggestions im in desperate need

I have heard about the turbos oil buring up when they start to go out anyone ever heard of this...... some times the the exaust smells like emmisons it doesnt really smell like oil
