HELP!! Turbo full boost starting at 5000rpm!!

Hello Z fans.
My z have problem.
Je piston, eagle rods, 555cc injectors, gt28r turbos, hks down pipe, stillen exhaust, fmic, manual boost controller, tuned

This is current set up.

My turbo spool so late
I can feel bull boost coming out at 5000rpm
Whats going on?
Maybe I need upgrade BOV?
Or new wastegate?
Please help me !! :(

maybe your mbc, pull it and see what the stock wgs have for boost, im guessing 12lbs or so.

tuned by whom?
your fmic isn't helping with your lag and bov's won't either.

and also the ar sizes like i said before in the old thread you had. my gt30r's are spooling around 4600 so you got a problem for sure

Look bottom of motor. I have seen previous owner weld the wastegate. Maybe that??
Anybody have same problem with me?
My turbo spinning slow untill 4500-5000 and spinning full boost.
Cant find why and what is wrong...

I pinched mbc hose all the way. Still turbo spools slow untill around 5000rpm.

thats the question.
i bought the car right that. previous owner did.
i looked the bottom and looks like wastgate adjuster had been welded.
i should to go Ztuning shop and test out ...
anybody have same problem? full boost at 5000rpm....

What does the boost go to? hopefully your reading your boost from an after market gauge. I'm guessing your reading off the stock gauge because you say "full boost" and not an actual number. Don't rely on the stock gauge because it's not very accurate especially after 15+ years

No. Im looking at after market gauge.
When rpm start to hit 4-5rpm boost gauge start to hit between 0psi-2psi

you have serious problems if you are only getting 2psi of boost! take pics and show us the welded part

I mean.. Like. Usually when rom hit 3000rpm boost gauge needle is at 0psi. But mine is when rpm hit 4500rpm boost gauge needle is at 0 psi.
After 5000rpm turbo spools full boost ( which is i set up for 15psi)
So my turbo spins so slow. I get full boost at 5000psi.
My mr2 i can get full boost at 3000rpm.
But this car i get full boost at 50000rpm. :(
