help trying to swap diff q45 into my 240sx

hey im trying to swap a q45 differential into my 93 240sx....i got an old 240 dif with the back cover off i jus dont know how to take the flanges off to swap.. i need help in kinda off a hurry my differential right now sound like a turbine engine... unless u have a beta idea then a q45.... i look at the m30 N it looked different then mine.... hit me back asap
