Help troubleshooting SR

After struggling for 6months finally got my car running with the SR on.. but there are 2 problems i cant figure out how to fix,

1) there is this wooblish and vibrating noise that comes out either from the intake or the intercooler when I accelerate or decelerate at 2-3000rpm..

2)my car will stall when i step on the clutch, idle fall down straight onto 0rpm, to keep it up, i have to hit a lil bit of gas to keep it above 0...

anyone got any idea?

Aside from the vibration does the car run and have power all the way up to 7k. If the answer is no I would check for boost leaks. Check aLL of your clamps on your ic pipes just to be sure.
